If one day you were to forget,

But when I passed, you’d smile. 

If mem’ries didn’t cause dead ends,

You’d find I can beguile 

And yet you’d never worry if

My charms had hidden aim;

You would know I meant it, if

You didn’t know my name 

You’d find me strange, a little odd,

Yes, that would still be true,

But still, I know you’d look at me

The way that others do.
